The goalie position in hockey has become such an important job in the game that many now compare it to the quarterback’s job in football. With any increasing demand for pucks to be stopped, it is very important for NHL teams to not only have a good starter, but also a solid backup because goalies are getting hurt.

There were many goalies that changed teams in the offseason, so let’s take a look at each team’s goalie situation. Today we’ll start with the Atlantic Division:
