Ted Nolan: The extremely likeable and one-time Jack Adams Winner coach’s interim tag with the Buffalo Sabres was removed and signed an extension with the team.

Jack Capuano: New York Islanders GM Garth Snow said Capuano “will be back next season”.

Paul MacLean: The owner of the Ottawa Senators said that their coach will return.

Peter DeBoer: GM Lou Lamoriello signed the Devils coach through the end of the 2014-15 season.

Dallas Eakins: Will likely return next season after getting the support of Edmonton Oilers GM Craig MacTavish. However, a shake-up in the Oilers’ front office may force Eakins out, though highly unlikely.

Paul Maurice: The Jets coach signed a 4-year deal.

Dave Tippett: Although nothing official, Tippett will likely stay in Phoenix despite barely missing the playoffs.
