Since it is such a snowy / cold day, why don’t we start off somewhere warm. Despite the better weather, the Florida Panthers are struggling at the gate again this season. In an effort to generate interest in the team / desperation shot to fill the arena, Florida recently announced they will allow fans to trade in $10 worth of non-winning scratch-off lottery tickets (if you do happen to win, I am sure the owners have a hockey team they’d like to sell to you) for an upper level end zone ticket (a $20 value) for a Tuesday or Thursday game.

As we approach the Olympic break and the trade deadline another thing to keep on the horizon is coaching changes.
