Here are your NHL trade rumors for December 16:

Los Angeles Kings:

Steve Simmons believes that the Kings will be trading Ben Scrivens as soon a Jonathan Quick returns to the line up.

New York Rangers:

According to Larry Brooks if Ryan Callahan and Dan Girardi do not re-sign by the trade deadline the Rangers will need to consider trading them for picks and prospects, rather than losing them in the off-season if they decide to sign with another team.

Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs:

Jonathan Willis speculated that since David Clarkson hasn’t been performing for the Leafs as desired and the Oilers were interested in signing him in the off-season, the Oilers might be interested in trading for Clarkson.

Boston Bruins

On twitter, Jimmy Murphy stated that he thinks if Claude Julien can find a willing trade partner and gets a proper return he would trade Brad Marchand.
