NHL Trade Rumors: Leafs, Panthers, Predators, Ducks

Here are your NHL trade rumors for November 13

The Toronto Maple Leafs, according to Darren Dreger, have been in talks  with the Carolina Hurricanes regarding defenseman John-Michael Liles. These are just talks there are no details and no moves seem to be imminent.

The Florida Panthers, according to Bob Mackenzie, have five players that are not on the trading block: Aleksander Barkov, Jonathan Huberdeau, Nick Bjugstad, Erik Gudbranson, and Marcel Goc. The available young talent that teams have been inquiring about are Shawn Matthias and Dmitry Kulikov. There has been little interest in the veterans who are making big money.

The Nashville Predators have been in talks with the Anaheim Ducks, according to Pierre LeBrun. With the loss of Pekka Rinne the Preds have inquired about Ducks goalie Jonas Hiller. This trade depends solely on the health of Rinne. If his recovery is going to take longer than initially thought than Hiller would be an easy pick up as the Ducks have made it clear that he is available.
