NHL Injury Update: Kane, Ovechkin, Bruins, Coyle

Here is your NHL injury update for November 5:

Evander Kane missed last night’s Winnipeg Jets game with a lower body injury. He has also missed the Jets last two practices. He is travelling with the team and is listed as day-to-day.

Alex Ovechkin will be back in the Washington Capitals line up tonight. He has missed the last two games with an upper body injury.

Loui Eriksson has passed all of his tests and it has been confirmed by coach Claude Julien to be returning to the Boston Bruins line up tonight. He has been out with a concussion since October 23.

Johnny Boychuk will also be returning to the Bruins line up tonight. He has been listed as day-to-day since the beginning of November with an undisclosed injury.

Charlie Coyle will be returning to the Minnesota Wild line up tonight from his knee injury and will be doing so on the first line.
