NHL Injury Update: Tanguay, Stoll, Oilers, Schneider, Ovechkin

Here is your NHL injury update for November 3:

Alex Tanguay left the Colorado Avalanche game last night in the second period with a knee injury. Tanguay will have an MRI either today or tomorrow to evaluate the injury.

Jarret Stoll left the Los Angeles Kings game in the second period with an undisclosed injury. He is still being evaluated according to the Kings and the details of the injury will not be divulged.

Richard Bachman left last night’s Edmonton Oilers game in the first period with a groin injury. This caused Devan Dubnyk to prematurely return from his injury to be back up for Jason LaBarbara.

Cory Schneider is set to start in tonight’s New Jersey Devils game for the first time since being injured on October 24. Keith Kinkaid has been sent down to the AHL.

Alex Ovechkin is set to make is return to the Washington Capitals line up on November 5 when they take on the New York Islanders.
