Tim Thomas Offered Tryout

He lives! I know we all have kind of forgot about him but Tim Thomas still exists and he still plays hockey! After sitting out the 2012-13 season the preformance of Tukka Rask has almost made us forget about dear old Tim, until now that is. It was announced by TSN today that Tim has been offered a tryout with the Florida Panthers. According to the report Thomas has until Wednesday to decide whether or not he wants to take it.

If I were Tim I would take it. I’ve been to Florida it is almost as if hockey doesn’t exist there. There is zero pressure and it is a beautiful place to play out your last couple years before retiring. Plus it is a lot safer than Boston, remember this Tim:

(Really any excuse to watch this commercial makes me really happy.)
